Logistics Concepts is a Geneva-based independent consultancy boutique that helps shippers and investors make international Supply Chain and logistics perform—with stronger governance, sharper cost visibility, and higher resilience.
We work where supply chains usually break: complex multi-country flows, volatile freight markets, compliance pressure, and execution gaps between strategy and operations.
Our approach is neutral, data-driven, and implementation-oriented. We don’t produce slides for the sake of it—we build decisions you can defend and execute.
What we do:
– Freight RFQ design, governance & award models (beyond rates: service, risk, capacity, compliance).
– Sourcing & carrier strategy (portfolio design, contracting logic, leverage points).
– Logistics cost modeling and end-to-end cost transparency.
– Network and flow assessment (structure, trade-offs, constraints, scalability).
– Regulatory, risk, and compliance reviews Operational performance diagnostics (service, claims, lead times, root causes).
How we work:
We are a lean, senior-led team with decades of international experience across SMEs and multinationals. Engagements are run confidentially and hands-on, from initial alignment through delivery. When local presence matters, we mobilize vetted on-the-ground relays—ensuring accountable execution and disciplined follow-up. To preserve quality and senior involvement, we limit concurrent mandates.
What we are / not:
Logistics Concepts operates primarily as an independent logistics advisory firm supporting companies in structuring their supply chain and freight strategies. While we may occasionally act as a commercial intermediary—similar to a freight broker—by connecting shippers with suitable logistics partners, we are not a freight forwarder and do not manage transport operations or shipment bookings.
Our role is to advise, structure, and facilitate the right logistics solutions while remaining independent from operational transport execution.
