Logistics Concepts provides independent, fully confidential logistics consulting for international supply chains (RFQs, cost modeling, flow optimization, and risk/compliance reviews).

We work with a limited number of mandates at any given time to ensure senior focus, responsiveness, and delivery discipline. Each engagement starts with a short qualification exchange, followed by a clear confirmation of scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and timeline before execution. Throughout the mandate, we schedule structured calls and, where useful, video meetings to align on tasks, priorities, and due dates—so actions are unambiguous and progress remains on track.

Engagements include targeted audits, advisory support, and interim project support, delivered internationally from Geneva—wherever our clients need us. We do not act as a freight broker.
